Return and Exchange
Once an order is placed, we can not offer a refund, only an exchange for an item or items of equal or greater value.
Our jewelry is hand-crafted and custom made-to-order and therefore not returnable. We accept items for exchange of equal or greater value only. Exchanges must be received within 10 days of receipt of purchase. The item must be received in the same condition as it was shipped. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please ship the package with an official tracking number. After we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in the same condition as it was shipped, we will offer credit for the same or grater value of the item.
Please note, exchange credit will expire 6 months after it was issued.
Please remember that this is hand-crafted jewelry and must be treated delicately. If a repair is needed, please email email@example.com for instructions. Please include your name, telephone number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
If your item has been purchased within the last 3 months, there will be no charge for repair. If your item is older than 3 months, you will be charged $29.95 for the repair and return shipping in the U.S. (international shipping is additional and will be calculated separately). Any item that needs to be re-plated, soldered or refurbished will be subject to a repair cost that will be determined once the item has been received and inspected. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
Mistakes on an order confirmation
Please review your confirmation email receipt after you receive it. If the address was entered incorrectly, or the wrong item was ordered, please contact us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not responsible for incorrectly placed orders. If the order has already shipped, we will gladly exchange the item following the standard exchange policy.
