Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States. We ship worldwide, please see International Order page. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information.
Costs & Arrival
UPS Standard Ground: $15.00 - 5-7 business days, excluding Saturday and holidays.*
* Please note: all information here refers to delivery time, and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time. UPS only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

* Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays.
* Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian orders will be charged and shipped via the UPS 2nd Day Service or faster, if requested.
Shipping Overseas and to Canada
UPS Inernational Orders: $40.00 - 7-14 business days, excluding Saturday and holidays.*
All orders shipped overseas and to Canada are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Ayaka Nishi and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery,
- Orders are billed in US dollars.
- Orders are shipped USPS standard international, and a tracking number is not issued.
- Shipments are delivered 7-14 business days after packages are processed at post office.
- Duties and taxes are not included in MHT shipping charge.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8.875% will apply to all orders shipped to addresses within the state of New York.
Payment Method
Payment is accepted by credit card payment through Paypal, or bank transfer. We also accept orders by mail info@ayakanishi.com.
