Ayakanishi.com offers shipping via USPS and UPS. USPS provides tracking information for your package while it is in the U.S., however once the package is received in your country the tracking information is unavailable on usps.com. Packages are trackable using the U.S. customs number we email you upon shipment. USPS shipping takes approximately 5 to 15 business days.

International orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. It is not guaranteed that all Ayaka Nishi products ordered will be in stock. In the case that the ordered product is not in stock, please allow 1-5 weeks for delivery.

Please note that prices do not include international taxes and tariffs in our shipping charge. The customer is responsible for paying taxes and tariffs on the declared value of international orders. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the U.S.
