Return and Repair



Returns

We do not accept returns, all jewelry is custom made-to-order and therefore not returnable.


Repair

We will repair any design purchased through ayakanishi.com. Please email info@ayakanishi.com for instructions. Please include your name, telephone number and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

If your item has been purchased within the last 6 months, there will be no charge for the repair. If your item is older than one year, you will be charged $29.95 for the repair and return shipping in the U.S. (international shipping is additional and will be calculated separately). Any item that needs to be re-plated, soldered or refurbished will be subject to a repair cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.


Mistakes on an order confirmation

Please review your confirmation receipt after you receive it. If the address was entered incorrectly, or the wrong item was ordered, please contact us immediately at info@ayakanishi.com. We are not responsible for incorrectly placed orders. If the order has already been shipped, we will gladly exchange the item following the standard exchange policy.
